  • Application
    Refers to the Wello mobile application provided by the Company.

  • Application Store
    The digital distribution platform operated by Apple Inc. through which the Application may be downloaded.

  • Affiliate
    Any entity that controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with another entity, where control means ownership of 50% or more of voting shares or equivalent authority.

  • Company
    Refers to Cozyverse Global Limited, also referred to as “We,” “Us,” or “Our.”

  • Device
    Any device capable of accessing the Service, such as a smartphone or tablet.

  • Service
    Refers to the Application.

  • Terms and Conditions
    These Terms form the entire agreement between You and the Company regarding use of the Service.

  • Third-party Social Media Service
    Content, services, or information provided by external platforms that may be displayed or accessed through the Service.

  • You
    Refers to the individual or legal entity accessing or using the Service.

3. Acknowledgment

By accessing or using the Service, You agree to comply with these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If You do not agree with any part of these Terms, You must not use the Service.

All original content provided through the Service, excluding user-generated content, remains the property of Cozyverse Global Limited or its licensors. The Service is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong SAR, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

 

Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively by the courts located in Hong Kong.

10. Dispute Resolution

If you have concerns or disputes regarding the Service, you agree to first attempt to resolve the issue informally by contacting the Company.

11. EU Users

Users located in the European Union may benefit from additional protections under mandatory local consumer protection laws.

12. U.S. Government Use

If the Service is used by the United States government, it qualifies as a “Commercial Item” as defined under 48 C.F.R. §2.101.

13. U.S. Legal Compliance

By using the Service, You confirm that:

• You are not located in a country subject to U.S. government sanctions or designated as supporting terrorism.
• You are not listed on any U.S. government restricted or prohibited parties list.

14.Severability and Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unenforceable, it will be modified to reflect the intended purpose as closely as possible while the remaining provisions remain in full effect. Failure by the Company to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver of that right.

15. Changes to Terms

The Company may update these Terms at any time. For significant changes, reasonable notice will be provided before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after updates indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.
